Jalapeno Parmesan Pasta

  1. 1. In large skillet add olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add jalapenos and saute for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.
  3. 3. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add milk, butter, broth, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and pasta. Increase heat to medium high and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Use a wooden spoon and stir noodles as they soften. Reduce to low heat .
  6. 6. Cover and simmer for 20 - 22 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. 7. When sauce has thickened and noodles are al dente remove from heat.
  8. 8. Add cheeses and stir to melt.
