Spicy Balsamic Bean Dip

  1. Rinse beans and place in a large non reactive bowl.
  2. Dice the red onion and slice the scallions. Add to the beans.
  3. Mince the cilantro, please note if you do not like this herb you can subsitute it with italian parsley. (If needed use dried herbs but cut the amount in half)
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
  5. This is also a great topping for a green salad.
