Lasagna Bread
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans Crescent dinner rolls
- Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- sesame seeds (optional)
- Brown meat and onion.
- Add tomato paste and seasonings and simmer 5 minutes.
- Roll out one can of rolls (8) and place on cookie sheet.
- Spread a mixture of cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese over rolls, a layer of meat, then Mozzarella cheese slices.
- Top with other can of rolls (rolled out and sealed).
- Brush with egg and milk.tprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
