Stir-Fried Noodles

  1. Cook the noodles as directed on package.
  2. One-third pound dried noodles equals one pound cooked noodles.
  3. Add cornstarch, cooking wine and 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce to the meat and marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Tear the spinach into 2-inch pieces.
