Asian-Style Spicy Coleslaw

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk the peanut butter with the lime juice, fish sauce, water, sugar, garlic & Sriracha.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the napa cabbage (cole slaw) & red cabbage with the carrots, peppers, cilantro & mint. Toss the coleslaw with the dressing & season with salt & pepper.
  3. Serve immediately
