Cupcake Delight!

  1. Begin to prepare cake mix as directed on the box. Grab your cupcake pans and start adding your cupcake tins.
  2. Bake the cupcakes in the oven at 350u0b0 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or insert a tooth pick until it comes out clean. Cool until completely cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then you add the pudding into the mixture and beat just until blended. Then you beat in the frosting just until blended.
  4. When cupcakes are completely cooled layer each cupcake evenly with a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling.
  5. Then sprinkle each cupcake evenly with the crushed pineapples. Then top each with a nice glob of whipped cream. Take the Crushed pecans or walnuts and sprinkle over the top; and then garnish with the strawberry slices.
  6. Allow cupcakes to be stored in the fridge for 3-4 hours to let the ingredients settle. Enjoy!!!
