Mushroom Frittata

  1. Saute mushrooms, onions, green pepper, zucchini and garlic in oil until crisp-tender.
  2. Beat eggs
  3. with cream, salt and pepper; add mushroom mixture, bread cubes, cream cheese and Cheddar.
  4. Stir thoroughly, but lightly, so cream cheese cubes are intact.
  5. Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until set in center and brown.
  7. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serves 6.
