Artichoke And Roasted Pepper Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line 10" pie plate with prepared pie crust. Spread cheese over crust. Place artichoke hearts on top of cheese. Spread chopped roasted red pepper over artichokes evenly. Mix egg substitute, light cream or fat-free cream, and spices. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake another 30 minutes until set. Let stand 8 minutes or so before cutting.
