Orange-Ginger Marinated Swordfish Steaks

  1. Arrange fish in a large shallow dish.
  2. Combine barbecue sauce and next 6 ingredients; pour over fish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove fish from marinade, discarding marinade.
  5. Place fish in grill baskets that have been coated with cooking spray.
  6. Cook, covered with grill
  7. lid, over medium coals (300u0b0 to 350u0b0), 7 to 10 minutes on each side. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.
