Almond Rice And Sausage Casserole

  1. Brown and crumble sausage, drain (set aside)
  2. Cook rice according to package directions -
  3. add vegetables to rice during last 10 min, to cook crisp
  4. mix soup, dressing, cheese
  5. stir into meat and add to cooked rice mixture.
  6. Pour into greased 9x9 casserole dish
  7. Sprinkle almonds over top, then spritz with butter or margarine
  8. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
  9. Bake 30 min at 325F
  10. Can be frozen to bake later.
