Apple Crisp

  1. Using rolling pin, crush the cereal to measure about 1/4 cup. Combine with the 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Add margarine, mixing until crumbly. Divide chopped apples between greased 6 ounce custard cups.
  3. Sprinkle with the 1 teaspoon flour.
  4. Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly over top. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 25 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve with half and half or ice cream.
  5. Makes 2 servings.
