Harris Hockey Pokey Biskits
- 70g white sugar
- 125g butter
- 1 1/2c flour
- 3 cap fulls milk
- Golden syrup
- 1 tsp baking power
- 3c Fresh fruit
- 1. Prepare a large baking tray by spreading out non-stick baking paper over it. Spray with oil id desired.
- 2. Cream sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl.
- 3. In a sauce pan heat up the milk until warm.
- 4. Add as much golden syrup as you want to the milk and stir.
- 5. Add the baking powder to the milk and golden syrup.
- 6. When the syrup is foaming pour it into the creamed butter and sugar and add the flour.
- 7. Mix thoroughly.
- 8. Roll dough into balls and spread onto tray.
- 9. Squash down balls with a fork.
- 10. Bake at 200for 25minutes.
- 11.Wait to cool before severing.
- 12.Serve with cups of mixed fruit.
