Brunswick Style Sweet Soybeans

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, pepper, and celery and saute until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the tomato, edamame, corn, parsley, broth, basil, and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
  3. 3. Mix in the soy bacon and serve.
