Healthy Crisp Bread

  1. Have all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them before you add the water. Add the water and mix everything thoroughly. Turn on the oven to about 170C. Cover 2-3 big oven sized baking trays with baking paper. Use a spatula to tap flat the mixture on the trays. You should try to make it as thin as possible, without holes. The amount of mixture should cover about two and a half oven sized trays. After you patted all the mixture out, place the trays in the oven. Let them bake for 20 minutes, then take them out to cut up the crisp bread into suitable pieces with a pizza cutter. Then bake them for 20 more minutes. If they still aren t crisp you can give the ones that still are a bit soft an extra couple of minutes in the oven on their back.
