Salmon Meatballs And Avocado Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350, coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray
  2. Pulse salmon in a food processor until finely chopped and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. To the salmon add onion, panko, egg white, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Stir to combine
  4. Using a 2 Tbsp portion of salmon mixture, for meatballs by rolling between the palms of your hands. Place the meatball on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes and serve with avacado sauce.
  6. In a bowl of a food processor combine the avocado and the other 7 ingredients and blend until smooth.
