Pasta With Summer Vegetables

  1. -Generously spray bottom of 10" skillet with Pam and all teaspoon of olive oil-heat
  2. -Add scallions and asparagus when pan is hot
  3. -Sautee 2 minutes, stirring to coat with oil.
  4. -Add pine nuts, carrots and basil
  5. -Sautee 1 minute
  6. -Add wine and broth
  7. -When asparagus are tender, add tomatoes, stir in the basil, cook for 1 minute
  8. -Add cheese and veggie bacon and serve
