Lilac Peach & Creme Pop
- Fresh local peaches
- coconut oil
- lilacs (for simple syrup)
- coconut milk ( canned)
- almond milk
- vanilla flavor oil
- popsicle molds
- popsicle sticks
- Peel and cut 20 fresh peaches
- Place on pan and drizzle with melted coconut oil + lilac simple syrup
- Place in oven right under roaster (or flame)
- Roast for 10 minutes, turn pan, roast 10 more minutes until slightly browned on top.
- Remove from oven and cool on pan
- When cool place in blender with with 1 cup of the lilac simple syrup. Blend til smooth.
- In a mixing bowl blend together 1 can of coconut milk with 2 cups of almond milk + i cup lilac simple syrup & 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor oil.
- When making pop, pour peach puree and creme together using 2 measuring cups at same time - so that you have a swirled pop.
- Freeze for 30 min then add popsicle sticks. Then freeze for 8 hours min. To remove pop, place mold in a flat pan of hot water for 30 second. Pops will then loosen and can be covered with plastic wrap or individual wraps and placed in a bag in the freezer.
