Multi Grain Pesto Rye Bread
- 1 1/4 cup warm filtered water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup 10 grain hot cereals (from bobs Red Mills brand Pkg)
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp dry milk
- 2 Tbsp pesto (I used home made)+ 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp active dry yeast.
- Mix all dry ingredients together. In the bread machine:
- pour the water pesto and oil, add the flour mixture, add the yeast. Program the bread machine until 2nd rise.
- After the second rise,carefully take out the dough and put it on a baking sheet.
- It should be risen shaped like an oval ball.
- Make 2 cuts with a knife.
- Preheat oven 375F, put the bread in oven for 30min.
- Great cold or the next day.
