Swiss Chocolate Cake

  1. Combine & melt over low heat:
  2. 6 oz chocolate chips
  3. 1/4 Cup Water
  4. Sift:
  5. 2 1/4 Cup flour
  6. 1 tsp.Baking Soda
  7. 3/4 tsp. Salt
  8. Mix:
  9. 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
  10. 3/4 Cup Butter
  11. 1 tsp. vanilla
  12. Beat in above 3 eggs individually. Blend in four mixture with 1 cup of buttermilk or sour cream.
  13. 3 - 8" layers or 2-10" layers
  14. Bake at 275 Degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  15. topping: combine & melt over low heat and then cool:
  16. 1 Cup chocolate chips
  17. 4 Tbsp. Honey
  18. 2 Tbsp Water
  19. Beat 3 Pints of Whipping Cream until thick.
  20. Add; 1/8 tsp. instant coffee or Nescafe
  21. 1/8 tsp Salt
  22. Foold Chcolate Mixture into this.
  23. Refrigerate Topping until ready to Serve
