Pork Fried Rice

  1. Saute
  2. pork
  3. chops,
  4. carrots,
  5. broccoli, peas and green onion in margarine
  6. in a large skillet 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked.
  7. Remove
  8. from
  9. skillet,
  10. and set aside.
  11. Cook rice in skillet
  12. until thoroughly heated.
  13. Push rice to sides of skillet, forming
  14. a
  15. well in center.
  16. Pour eggs into well, and cook
  17. until set,
  18. stirring
  19. occasionally.
  20. Stir rice into eggs;
  21. add
  22. the vegetables and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  23. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
