Lamb Rack Chops With An Apple Mint Sauce

  1. In a med. pan on a med. heat saute the garlic in 1 Tbsp of oil until lighty brown,then add jelly,vinegar,rosemary,and white wine.Heat until jelly melts and mixture boils.Reduce heat and cook until sauce thickens to syrup.
  2. Place lamb on a plate and coat with pepper and salt.
  3. Then in another med. pan on med.high heat add cooking oil and place lamb in pan and cook on both sides for about 2 min. each side until nicely browned.Remove for heat and let stand.
  4. Place sauce on clean plate and set lamb on top of sauce.Yummy.
