Buffalo Chicken Casserole

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, wing sauce and milk with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Stir in chicken, bell pepper, 1/4 cup of the green onions and 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese until well blended. Spoon evenly into casserole.
  3. 3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Place biscuit pieces on top of cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are no longer doughy. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sliced green onions.
