Eggs In A Bag
- red and green bell peppers, seeded and chopped.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1 slice of ham, cut up 1/2" squares
- cheese, grated, if desired
- 2 eggs per person
- 1 gallon size Freezer Zip Lock baggies per person
- Place large kettle of water on stove. Bring to a rapid boil. You may saute peppers, onions, and mushrooms separately, or chop and place in bowls raw. Place each ingredient in a separate bowl with a spoon in each. Place a name on each bag in permanent marker. Have each person select a bag and a bowl. Crack 2 eggs into each bowl, whip. Place in bag. Each person can select ingredients wanted to add to eggs in bag. Squeeze air out of bag and secure zip lock. Place up to 6 bags in each rapidly boiling pot for 13 minutes. Remove and empty onto plate.
