Ultimate Steak Sandwich

  1. season steaks with s&p and grill to taste
  2. slice rolls in half brush with olive oil and toast
  3. once toasted rub toasted sides with garlic clove
  4. spread bottom roll half with grainy dijon mustard
  5. saute mushrooms in olive oil with shallots
  6. add balsamic vinegar to mushrooms/shallots
  7. crumble in goat's cheese
  8. stir until cheese is melted
  9. place grilled steak on lettuce (bottom roll half)
  10. top with warm mushroom and cheese mixture
  11. top with mixed greens and top roll
