Banana Split Dessert
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 c. strawberries, sliced
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. crushed nuts
- chocolate sauce and cherries
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine powdered sugar, soft butter, vanilla and eggs.
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour over prepared crust.
- Top filling with sliced bananas, then sliced strawberries and lastly pineapple.
- Frost with whipped cream and top with crushed nuts. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- Serve with chocolate sauce and cherry if desired.
