Grilled Tandoori Chicken

  1. In bow, conbine yogurt, garlic, ginger, paprika,cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir to coat it all over. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours.
  2. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill kebabs over medium hot heat, turning skewers several times, for 8-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
