The Best Banana Bread

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and tinfoil and grease a loaf pan.
  2. 2. Peel the bananas and mash with a large fork until completely mashed.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, sugar, and butter. Add the bananas and mix until blended.
  4. 4. In another bowl, sift the flour. Add the baking soda and salt.
  5. 5. Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and mix until completely blended. (It's okay if it has lumps.)
  6. 6. If desired, add raisins, dried fruit, or chocolate chips!
  7. 7. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. 8. Serve with ice cream or milk and spread butter on top! Enjoy!
