Alvetta'S Arrugula Salmon Pizza

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Place pizza crust on round baking sheet or stone.
  3. Slice (medium) fresh mozarella and spread on crust.(Leave 1 inch edge around outside of crust to allow for cheese expansion). Shred fontina and asiago, mix. Spread cheese evenly on crust.
  4. Julienne (cut in thin small strips)and spread smoked salmon on top of cheese.
  5. Julienne (small strips 1/2" wide and length of leaf long)arrugula (hold small portion for garnish).
  6. Swirl 1/2 - 1 tbs olive oil on top of pizza.
  7. Bake in 400 degree oven about 12 minutes until heated through and arrugula is crispy.
  8. Throw fresh arrugula over top.
  9. Add a little freshly ground pepper.
  10. Cut and serve. That's amore!
