Veggie Bars
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope original Ranch dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. green peppers
- 3/4 c. cauliflower
- 3/4 c. carrots
- 3/4 c. broccoli
- 3/4 c. green onion
- Chop green peppers, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and green onion into small pieces.
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Place dough into 4 long rectangles.
- Place rectangles crosswise into ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Press over bottom of pan to form crust. Seal perforations by pressing together with fingers.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
