My Enchilada Casserole

  1. Now that your beef is browned, move to side & keep warm.
  2. Heat the refried beans, and keep warm.
  3. Lay Tortillas flat one at a time and fill with:
  4. 2 T. of meat , Some beans, A little cheese... A touch of enchilada sauce & roll up, put in a 9 X 13 glass Pan.
  5. You'll get the idea of how much of each ingredient you can put in a Tortilla after you roll a few up.
  6. Pre Heat your oven to 350 degrees... Bake for 25 Minutes or til HEATED THROUGH.
