Gingered Fruit Salad

  1. In 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  2. In very large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
