Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 Lb Hamburger
- 2 10oz. Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Package Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Onion
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- In medium sauce pan heat Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, untill cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
- In mixing bowl, combine hamburger, minced onion, salt and pepper. Spread meat mixture in bottom of casserole dish that has been treated with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the soup mixture over the meat in the casserole dish. Place a single, tiled, layer of Tater Tots on top of casserole. Cooke at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes or until dish is bubbly and Tots are browned. Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole and serve.
