Tater Tot Casserole

• 1 Lb Hamburger
• 2 10oz. Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1 Package Frozen Tater Tots
• 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
• 2 Tablespoon Minced Onion
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1. In medium sauce pan heat Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream, 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, untill cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
2. In mixing bowl, combine hamburger, minced onion, salt and pepper. Spread meat mixture in bottom of casserole dish that has been treated with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the soup mixture over the meat in the casserole dish. Place a single, tiled, layer of Tater Tots on top of casserole. Cooke at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes or until dish is bubbly and Tots are browned. Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole and serve.
