Cody'S Cheese Dip
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box (32oz) Velveeta cheese
- 2 (10oz) cans Rotel mexican flavor
- 1 can (4oz) diced green chiles
- 1 pack spicy taco seasoning
- Tortilla chips
- 1) In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain.
- 2) Use the instructions on the seasoning packet to add the seasoning to the beef. Set aside.
- 3) Cut the Velveeta loaf into small cubes.
- 4) Add the beef mixture, cheese cubes, Rotel (undrained), and green chiles (undrained) to a large pot or crockpot. Heat to Low-Medium (or High if using a crockpot). Stir frequently to keep the cheese from burning.
- 5) After all the cheese cubes have melted, turn the heat to low, stirring occasionally.
- 6) Grab your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
