Thai Spicy Citrus Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or hand blender until well combined. Return to a well sealed container Mason jars are good for this.
  2. To make a slightly thicker sauce pour 1/3 cup of sauce into small saucepan, add 1 tsp cornstarch and bring to a light boil stirring constantly. This process with intensify the heat so you may want to add some sugar to taste to balance it.
