Cuihua Roasted Baby Back Rib

  1. Mix dry rub ingredients and rub on to the rib. Cover and marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Mix all ingredients for roasting sauce. Use heavy duty tin foils (double up if necessary) to create an air tight bag for the rib. Lay ribs inside the bag, using a spoon, pour roasting sauce on to the rib one spoon at a time. Tightly seal the bag.
  3. Roast rib in 375 degree oven for 1.5 hours. If prefer darker color or crispy skin, open up the bag for the last 15 minutes, and shower the ribs with the sauce at the bottom of the bag.
