Stuffed Flounder

  1. preheat oven to 350 - middle rack
  2. grease baking dish w/1/2 TB of butter
  3. In a medium skillet, melt the remaining 2 1/2 tablespoons of the butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add onion & bell pepper & cook for 4 miunutes then add parsley & garlic for 1 more minute
  5. after cooling vegtables, mix w/crab, mayo, hot sauce,worcestshire, egg, lemon juice and 1/2C crackers
  6. lay out filets and pepper each one then place filling on and roll up
  7. In pan put lemon slice on each filet, top w/reamining crackers and drizzle with melted butter
  8. bake for 20 minutes
