Nut-Free Cluster Granola
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup flax seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark molasses
- 1/3 cup dark honey
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Spread mixture across baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once during baking.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and allow to cool on sheet.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Serve with milk and fresh fruit.
