Cheesecake

  1. Crust - combine ingredients and press into bottom of spring form pan.
  2. Filling - beat cream cheese until smooth, add eggs, etc. Beat thoroughly. Spoon over crust. Set pan on baking sheet. Bake for 40 -45 min. (10" pan) or 50-55 min. (9" pan). Remove from oven and let sit for 15 min. Combine ingredients for topping. Spoon topping over cheese cake, starting at middle.Return to oven for 5 min. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
