Meat Loaf

  1. Preparation:
  2. With a very sharp knife, cut beef across grain into thin strips, 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  4. Add beef.
  5. Toss and set aside while preparing vegetables.
