Mom'S Banana Bread

  1. Then continue to add and stir together the following ingredients.
  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. dash of salt
  4. 1 3/4 cup flour
  5. Lightly grease a preferably 12" x 4" x 2 1/2" cake pan and pour in the mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes.
  7. The top will get browned and you can test to see if it's finished baking by putting a knife or toothpick in the center and if it pulls out clean it's finished!
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan.
