Lean Steak And Mushroom Salad
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 6 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz. boneless sirloin steak (2" thick), well trimmed
- 2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Steak Grilling or Original Seasoning Blend
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 head Bibb lettuce
- 1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
- 2. Season both sides of steak with Mrs. Dash. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side. Slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- 3. Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
- 4. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
