Lean Steak And Mushroom Salad

  1. 1. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
  2. 2. Season both sides of steak with Mrs. Dash. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side. Slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. 3. Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
  4. 4. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
