Baked Ziti

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. In a large bowl, combine 3/4C spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, 1 C mozzarella, egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Drain pasta; stir into cheese mixture.
  2. In a greased 8 in square baking dish, spread at least 1/4 C of spaghetti sauce. Top with pasta mixture and remaining sauce and mozzarella. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 min. Uncover; bake 5-10 min longer or until bubbly.
  3. This can also be made in a slow cooker. Tastes even better!
