Fig And Prosciutto Flatbread
- 24 ounces Pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Rosemary
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 6 ounces prosciutto
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Put pizza stone in bottom of oven and preheat to 500o for 45 minutes.
- roll out one piece of pizza dough on lightly flowered surface, 13" round. Dust pan with flour and slide dough onto it. drizzle with 2 T of olive oil and sprinkle with half of garlic nd rosemary. Season wtih salt and pepper. Dollop 1/4 of fig jam all over the crust, leaving a 1" border. scatter half of the cheese and prosciutto over dough.
- slide flatbread onto stone and bake for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Transfer to cutting board and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Repeat with second dough.
