Turkey Buffet Casserole
- 3 c. cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 c. American cheese, cubed
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. sage
- 4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
- 4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. hamburger
- cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 c. ground nuts
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 or 3 bananas, sliced
- Brown hamburger and add soup and 1/2 can water.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Prepare rice according to the number of people you are serving.
- Place in separate bowls each of the remaining ingredients.
