Spicy Haddock

  1. Mix mayo, sour cream, 1/2 the cheese, the red peppers sauce, cilantro, shallots, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over both side of the fish. Place in bakng dish. Pour in broth or wine.
  2. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top side of the fish. Bake at 375 for about 15 - 20 min until flaky. Do not over cook.
  3. Saute the side sauce and spoon over fish when ready
