Fettuccini In Parma Sauce With Shrimp And Prosciutto

  1. In a large saute pan fry prosciutto til firm or close to crisp
  2. Boil water for pasta
  3. Remove and melt butter
  4. Add green onions, asparagus, and mushrooms. Saute til vegetables are done but still crisp. About 5 min.
  5. Remove pan from heat, chop up prosciutto and cut shrimp into 3 pieces and add to pan
  6. Cook pasta for 10-11 min
  7. While pasta cooks put half and half in a heavy sauce pan and bring to boil
  8. When boiling starts add grated Parmesan and stir til cheese melted and combined
  9. Add contents of saute pan into Parma sauce and keep warm
  10. Drain pasta into large bowl and pour in the sauce and mix all together
