Nancy Luthy'S Fix And Forget It Pork Chops And Rice

  1. In saucepan, combine uncooked rice, water, undrained corn, carrot, onion and thyme.
  2. Bring to boiling.
  3. Stir in soup. Transfer mixture to 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
  4. Trim excess fat from chops.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange on rice and cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
