Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

  1. Crust- mix together oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of 8x8 glass pan. Let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. After 1 hour top with slightly softened ice cream. Place in freezer uncovered for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips,butter in small sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted, add water, stir until boiling. Allow to cool for just a few minutes, the spread over top of the iceream. Place back in the freezer for another hour.
  4. Mix together cool whip and pudding mix, then place in fridge for 1/2 hour. Spead over cake, cover and freeze overnight.
