Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Cake
- 1.5 liters homemade peanut butter ice cream
- 1 1/4 oreo crumbs
- 1/4 melted butter
- 3/4 bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 cups cool whip
- 3/4 pouch chocolate fudge pudding mix
- Crust- mix together oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of 8x8 glass pan. Let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
- After 1 hour top with slightly softened ice cream. Place in freezer uncovered for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips,butter in small sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted, add water, stir until boiling. Allow to cool for just a few minutes, the spread over top of the iceream. Place back in the freezer for another hour.
- Mix together cool whip and pudding mix, then place in fridge for 1/2 hour. Spead over cake, cover and freeze overnight.
