Banana Pudding
- 1 box Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
- 8 large bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box (5-ounce) instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 pkg (8-ounce) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups whipped cream
- FOR THE CREAM:
- In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well.
- Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
- Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
- TO LAYER:
- In a glass serving dish, spread a thin layer of cream mixture.
- Place a single layer of cookies on top of cream then layer with cream then bananas then cream mixture. Repeat until serving vessel is full.
- Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or until ready to serve.
