Mushrooms In Pastry(Makes 4 Servings; 1 Pastry Each)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine margarine, mustard, parsley and tarragon.
  3. Mix well, until thoroughly combined.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll each biscuit, forming 4 circles about 6-inches in diameter.
  5. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Put biscuit circle onto sprayed sheet.
  7. Spread 1/4 of margarine mixture onto center of each circle and top with 1/4 cup mushrooms. Moisten edge of dough with water, then fold each circle over, pressing edges together (turnover style).
  8. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Each serving, 1 bread, 1/2 vegetable and 1 fat.
